To access our software solutions, you must create a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Multi-user access is available for enterprise clients.

All content, AI models, algorithms, features, and functionality of our software are owned by Rhombus Quest and protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Our proprietary AI technology for hotel and food industry optimization is confidential and trade-secret protected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhombus Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business interruptions.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our core services. For enterprise clients, we provide 24/7 dedicated support with response times under 30 minutes. Maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours (2 AM - 4 AM local time).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and through our platform dashboard at least 30 days in advance.
